Mr. Shabbir Ahmed, son of Mr. Ahmed Shah, completed his early education up to Class 5 at Army Goodwill School, Bogdang. During his school days, he actively participated in various activities, including sports, cultural programmes, dramas, and extracurricular events, which helped shape his confidence, leadership qualities, and team spirit.
The nurturing environment of Army Goodwill School, Bogdang, along with the guidance and encouragement of its teachers and the Indian Army, laid a strong foundation for his future. Their support and mentorship enabled him to pursue higher studies in Dehradun, where he successfully completed his schooling and later earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree.
Supported by his family, especially his parents, who constantly encouraged him to pursue excellence, Mr. Shabbir Ahmed remained focused on his goals and continued to work hard to achieve them.
Today, he proudly serves as an Officer in the Central Government of India, dedicating himself to the service of the nation with integrity, discipline, and commitment. Despite achieving professional success, he remains deeply connected to his roots and carries the values of humility and perseverance wherever he goes.
His journey is a powerful reminder that talent, determination, and the right guidance can turn dreams into achievements. An alumnus of Army Goodwill School, Bogdang, he is the son of Mr. Ebrahim Ali, a devoted medical attendant. His father's values and perseverance helped shape his path.
Mr. Zakir finished his early education at Army Goodwill School, Bogdang in 2008, carrying with him dreams much larger than boundaries of his village. With strong dedication, he earned his Bachelors of Technology (B.Tech) Degree from Bangalore University in 2015, turning his aspirations into reality.
Today, as a Junior Engineer (JE) in the Public Works Department (PWD), Ladakh, he not only contributes for the development of his region but also carries the pride of his roots wherever he goes. His journey inspires the young minds of Bogdang, reminding them that no dream is too big and no destination is too far when they have courage, determination and belief. Mr. Zakir Hussain is not just a success story. He is a symbol of hope for every child who dares to dream.

The teachers of Army Goodwill School, Bogdang, and the Indian Army played a significant role in shaping her personality. Their guidance, discipline, and encouragement made her more confident and broadened her knowledge, which helped her secure admission for higher studies in a school in Dehradun. The strong foundation laid by the school and the constant support of her teachers inspired her to dream bigger and pursue her goals with determination.
Ms. Zulikha Bano, daughter of Mr. Ahmed Shah, received immense support and encouragement from her family, especially her parents, whose sacrifices, guidance, and unwavering belief in her abilities inspired her to pursue higher education and build a meaningful career.
She proudly holds the distinction of being the first-generation advocate in her family and the first female advocate from the Balti community. Her achievement is not only a personal milestone but also a historic moment for her community, inspiring countless young girls to dream beyond traditional boundaries.
Driven by her passion for justice and service, she pursued her legal education and has been practicing as an Advocate at the Munsiff Court, Nubra, since 2021. Through her dedication, integrity, and commitment to the legal profession, she continues to serve the people of her region with compassion and professionalism.

Having completed his early education at Army Goodwill School, Bogdang in 2011, Sadiq carried forward the values of discipline and perseverance instilled by his school. With a dream to achieve greater heights, he pursued his M.Tech from Kashmir University in 2019, proving that dedication can overcomes all barriers.
Today, as a Junior Engineer (JE) in the PWD Department of Ladakh, he is not just building infrastructure but also shaping aspirations.
